Rental in 4 simple steps
1. Choose a location
All properties listed on our website are stylish, unique apartments and houses, providing everything you need for a smooth, creative work. Feel free to browse our listings, check out the photos, and the rental conditions.
2. Send in your request
Once you have found the perfect location, all you need to do is to fill out and send us the booking form, which you can find under each listing. We will contact you ASAP to discuss the details of your request.
3. Do some e-paperwork
After finalizing your requirements and confirming the booking, we will send you the rental contract online, which you can easily sign using your smartphone. The rental fee can be settled via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival, based on your preference or as specified by the property owner. Detailed instructions will be provided during the booking process.
4. Set. Mark. Action!
One of our colleagues or the property owner will be on-site at the start of the rental period to answer all your questions and ensure you have a comfortable working environment.
After receiving the instructions, you can immediately access the property and begin the work.
