About the studio

The nearly 300 m² studio with a ceiling height of 4.7 meters welcomes creatives and event participants with a fully equipped, modular kitchen, a back kitchen and a lifestyle studio area. Thanks to the movable kitchen island, it is an ideal location for gastronomy photography, commercials, as well as movies and videos.

The stylish atmosphere created by carefully selected accessories and furniture also makes the studio a perfect choice for lifestyle photo shoots.

In addition to creative content production, the studio also hosts workshops, team-building cooking events, dinner parties, press conferences, influencer gatherings, and other smaller events.

Facing east and featuring large windows, the studio is bathed in sunlight during the morning hours, while soft, diffused light fills the space in the afternoon.

Thanks to its central location, the studio is easily accessible by public transport. For guests arriving by car, the studio offers parking in the courtyard, including space for trucks.

Availability

The location is available for rent with a minimum booking of 3 hours, and can be rented for a full day as well. The owner is flexible regarding availability and welcomes photo and filming crews as well as event participants on weekdays or even weekends. Prior scheduling is required by filling out the form below.

Payment

The studio rental fee is 25,000 HUF per hour. For larger productions, the rental fee is calculated individually based on your specific needs.

The rental fee must be paid on-site.

    Approximately 90% of the listed apartments and houses are indeed primary residences. This does not mean that the entire family will be present during a photo shoot or filming. The property owners are fully aware of the procedures involved in these activities and they are more than happy to ensure a peaceful work environment for you and your crew. Owners reserve the right to be present on-site without disrupting the crew. However, upon request, if privacy is desired for a shoot or filming, arrangements can be made to ensure a quiet environment for the crew.

    The furniture and household items can be used during your photo shoots or filming. If you require specific equipment, please inform us in advance so we can check with the owner for availability on-site. Naturally, typical photography equipment such as lights and stands are not usually provided in private homes, but you can find all the details specified under our listings.

    After you fill out the rental inquiry form, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the details. Please provide us with as much information as possible about your needs in your request, so we can expedite the next steps in our discussions. If your plans align with the owner’s preferences, we will finalize your booking. At that point, all you need to do is to sign the contract and pay either a deposit or the full rental fee.

    We will provide the exact address of the location, and at the agreed-upon time, either the property owner or one of our staff members will meet you at the site.

    The rental fee must be paid within 3-5 business days after confirming the booking, depending on how soon the photoshoot or filming is scheduled. An invoice will be issued for all rentals.

    Cancellations made 8-10 days prior to the rental date will receive a 70% refund of the rental fee. Cancellations made 4-7 days prior to the rental date will receive a 50% refund of the rental fee. Cancellations made 3 days or less before the rental date are non-refundable.

    If the renter does not show up at the reserved time, the rental fee is non-refundable. If the rental is cancelled due to the owner’s fault or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outage), a full refund will be issued or we will agree on a new date.

    Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, and include all preparation into your rental period. Packing and any other preparations are also considered part of the rental time. You can stay in the apartment until the end of the pre-booked time, so it’s a good idea to start packing at least 15 minutes before the end of the rental period.

    If the photoshoot or filming runs over and the owner agrees, you can stay at the location after the agreed-upon time for an additional 50% fee. The calculation of this fee is based on every starting hour.

    Firstly, please notify the property owner or one of our colleagues immediately about the incident. If the damage is clearly related to the photo shoot or filming, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of repairs. Expert assessment or estimation typically takes a few days, but once completed, you must promptly settle the payment for the damage.
